Implementation of turnkey projects:

• Development of technical specifications and carrying out procurement procedures for selecting subcontractors according to specified criteria. Conducting technical, economic, legal, financial and commercial examinations. Contract work.
• Carrying out design and survey work. Providing subcontracting companies with design and estimate documentation that has passed the examination.
• Development of schedules for construction and installation work, supply of materials, mechanisms and equipment and monitoring their implementation, providing the customer with analytical reports on the progress of work.
• Development of detailed project budgets and monitoring their implementation, providing the customer with financial analytics.
• Control and coordination of actions (in headquarters mode) of subcontractors during the implementation of the project.
• Occupational safety: planning and implementation of environmental protection.
• Participation in the commissioning of the facility and transfer of the project documentation to the customer.
