The company has created and maintained an atmosphere of intolerance towards corrupt behavior. Systematic work is being carried out to implement the requirements of applicable anti-corruption legislation, including a set of measures aimed at creating an organizational structure, elements of corporate culture, establishing rules and procedures to ensure the prevention of corruption violations

For us, any form of exerting illegal influence on the decisions of government bodies is unacceptable, including bribery, offering unacceptable gifts, employing relatives of government officials, hidden charitable or sponsorship assistance at the request of government employees and officials making decisions in which the Company is interested.

Transparent interaction and management mechanisms, the introduction of effective procurement procedures, regular internal audits and high personal responsibility exclude any violations associated with the creation of non-competitive advantages, the creation and dissemination of practices of personal interest different from the interests of the company.

“RKS-NR” LLC guarantees confidentiality to all employees, partners and other persons who report facts of corruption, commercial bribery, corporate fraud and other offenses, as well as their personal protection from any forms of pressure, harassment and discrimination.

The company regularly interacts and exchanges information with prosecutors, law enforcement agencies, government control and supervision bodies.

The Company does not work and does not interact with contractors who have committed or are allowing any forms of corrupt interaction.
