Contracting organization: Capital Repair Fund of the Moscow Region

Damages: local destruction of the structure, some windows were knocked out, utility lines and the roof became unusable as a result of long-term use without major repairs.

Work performed: a major overhaul of the roof and common areas was carried out, new vestibule, technical and partially apartment doors were installed, utilities were re-installed, new window units were installed, electrical installation work was carried out, work was done on installing lightning protection and a grounding loop, finishing work on the building facades.
