Damages: the interior, building facades and roofing were significantly damaged by shells and fires.

Work performed: the damaged structure was restored, a new roof was erected, window and door units were replaced. The builders rebuilt the utility lines. Finishing work was completed in common areas. At the expense of the budget of the Tula region, the restoration of the facades of the building was carried out.
