Contracting organization: JSC Center for Construction Control and Expertise of the Leningrad Region" 

Damages: The building was severely damaged by direct fire and shelling. 

Work performed: reconstruction of damaged structures and roofs, replacement of window and door units, finishing of common areas, repair and painting of facades. Engineering communications have been installed. The surrounding area has been improved.
