Two-storey residential building in Ordzhonikidze district of Mariupol
Year of construction: 50s of the XX century
Contracting organization: Geopir LLC; JSC Housing Complex, Sochi
Damages: The walls and roof were significantly damaged due to direct hits and cuts from shell fragments. All the windows were broken by the blast wave.
Work performed: Builders of Geopir LLC carried out the restoration of internal walls and partitions. A local reconstruction of the external walls of the building was carried out: the destroyed brickwork was dismantled and subsequently restored. Windows and doors were replaced, new balconies were installed. The entrance lobbies were restored, the blind area around the entire perimeter of the building was repaired. Building utilities were replaced and commissioned: water supply, gas supply, heating, electrical networks, low-current networks.
Specialists from JSC Housing Complex, Sochi, completed the transformation of this building: they completed the finishing work of the facades (plastering and painting).
