Dismantling works

As part of a special infrastructure project, RKS-NR LLC dismantled 400 buildings and structures in emergency condition.

During the technical examination of each object, the possibility and economic feasibility of its restoration were assessed. In the presence of a large volume of destruction, a decision is made to dismantle it..

Dismantling work is being carried out by several specialized contractors.

Before the start of the work, the object is demined under the supervision of a specialist from the Demining Department of the Corporate Protection Department of RKS-NR LLC. Then, using specialized demolition equipment, the object is dismantled.

Demolition of a nine-story building takes on average 5-6 days, removal of dismantled structures – 5 days.

According to safety requirements, dismantling work is carried out exclusively during daylight hours.
Construction waste is taken to a specialized site, where it is subsequently sorted and processed. Waste removal is carried out in two shifts to speed up the process.
