The Honorary Badge of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation is the highest award of the Ministry, which is awarded to highly qualified employees of organizations operating in the field of construction, housing and communal services,  urban planning and architecture, who have made a significant contribution to solving the problems facing the Ministry of Construction of Russia.
