The House with a Clock is being built at a rapid pace in the very center of Mariupol.

The project is being implemented by a subsidiary of the company RKS-NR LLC - Specialized Developer LLC RKS-Development.

To date, the construction of the building's monolithic frame has been fully completed: the structures of all eight floors are ready. Work is underway to waterproof the house and install ventilation shafts.

Masonry work on the second and third floors is underway.
