Deputy General Director for Construction Konstantin Lopukhov took part as a speaker in the large-scale forum “Everything for Victory” in the city of Tula.

On the first day of the Forum, more than 500 participants held discussions in eight thematic sections devoted to the work of physicians in the conditions of Northern Military Districts, cybersecurity, support for entrepreneurs and restoration of infrastructure in new territories, research work and interaction with inventors, and volunteer activities.

The discussions were moderated by deputy ministers of the Russian Government, leading specialists from government agencies, bloggers and social activists.

As part of the section “Government support for builders, power engineers and utility workers who are restoring new territories,” Konstantin Lopukhov spoke about the implementation of a preferential mortgage program by RKS-NR LLC in new territories (in Mariupol).

According to the Deputy General Director for Construction:

“RKS-NR LLC is directly involved in the restoration of territories destroyed during hostilities. And such a large-scale forum is a great opportunity to exchange experiences with colleagues and like-minded people, discuss problems and find solutions together, talk about what has already been done.
Thus, our company, in pursuance of the instructions of the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin’s proposal to provide residents of new regions with preferential mortgage loans at a rate of 2% per annum, with the active support of the Russian Ministry of Construction, created a subsidiary, SZ RKS-Development LLC.
A project to build a House with a Clock is currently underway. Understanding the uniqueness and special significance of this house for city residents, the project provides for the preservation of the historical appearance of the building.
The plans include the construction of several more multi-apartment residential buildings with the subsequent sale of apartments under the preferential mortgage lending program."
