On the eve of Children's Day, a solemn ceremony of awarding the winners of the children's drawing competition “OUR NEW CITY” was held at a specialized art school.

The competition was organized by RKS-NR LLC together with the Administration of the Mariupol City District. The organizing committee received more than 100 works of talented young artists. The winners were determined by the audience themselves using open online voting.

ЗDeputy Head of the Mariupol City District Victoria Kalacheva read out an appeal from Oleg Valeryevich Morgun: 
“Current Mariupol and its appearance in 5-10 years is our idea of ​​a comfortable Russian city. And what the sea capital of Donbass will become in 30-50 years depends entirely on the next generation. 
 
I am sure that each of the contestants will find their calling. Someone will become an architect, someone will become a landscape designer, someone will become a spatial planner. And by combining their efforts and professional skills, our children will definitely make Mariupol even more modern and comfortable!”

On behalf of the company and all builders restoring Mariupol, Deputy General Director for Construction of RKS-NR LLC Konstantin Lopukhov thanked all participants: 
“Many thanks to all the guys who sent in their work for helping us all start dreaming about what the city will look like in the near future! Thanks for your creativity! Some of the works surprised me with flights of fancy! We wish you success and look forward to seeing you in our new competitions!”

The art school groups performed for the guests. All winners and runners-up were awarded diplomas and valuable gifts.
