The Minister of Construction and Housing and Public Utilities of the Russian Federation Irek Fayzullin held a working meeting with the General Director of RKS-NR LLC Ildar Sharipov.

The implementation of projects to restore housing and other infrastructure in new regions of the Russian Federation was discussed. During the meeting, Ildar Sharipov reported on the results of the company’s activities as part of the restoration of urban infrastructure.

RKS-NR LLC was tasked with organizing repair and restoration work for more than 2 000 facilities, including social facilities.

The Russian Ministry of Construction is in charge of the construction of facilities for the purpose of socio-economic development of the reunited regions. To date, under the leadership of RKS-NR LLC, about 1 150 residential buildings and more than 100 social facilities have been completely restored. About 1 800 objects are ready for the heating season.

Work is currently ongoing on houses with significant structural damage. Additionally, RKS-NR LLC has launched work to restore facades at more than 1 500 city facilities, and is carrying out landscaping of courtyard areas. In 2024, the restoration of about 8 500 apartments is also organized.
