General Director of RKS-NR LLC Ildar Sharipov and Deputy Director for Development Marat Islamov attended the session “Future Space: Azov-Black Sea Macroregion” as part of the “Russia” exhibition at VDNKh.

During the session, priority areas for infrastructural development of the south of Russia and the Azov region were discussed. Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Marat Khusnullin noted that the development of the Azov-Black Sea cluster is of great importance for the Russian economy. This cluster includes nine subjects, seven of which have access to the Black and Azov Seas, and two more - the Lugansk People's Republic and the Republic of Adygea - border them and influence the development of the region. Particular attention is paid to an integrated approach and the creation of the necessary infrastructure for rapid development.

At the event, prospects for the development of new regions were discussed, including issues of registering real estate. The head of Rosreestr Oleg Skufinsky said that the register has already included data on approximately 1.1 million real estate properties in the DPR, LPR, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions, which is about 25% of the total number of properties. Целью является достижение срока регистрации прав на недвижимость в этих регионах, как и в целом по РФ, в течение суток к 2030 году.

RKS-NR LLC is directly involved in the development of new regions, including participating in the construction of housing under the preferential mortgage program at 2%.
