General Director of RKS-NR LLC Ildar Sharipov made a report at the Thematic Session of the Russian Ministry of Construction, dedicated to summing up the preliminary results of the year of work in the new constituent entities of the Russian Federation.

The event took place on December 13, 2023 as part of the International Exhibition and Forum "Russia" in the pavilion of the Construction Complex of the Russian Federation "Building the Future".

In his report, Ildar Sharipov spoke about the “Implementation of the preferential mortgage program by RKS-NR LLC in new territories (in Mariupol).”

The subsidiary company LLC SZ "RKS-Development" is currently successfully implementing the project for the construction of the House with a Clock. The estimated completion date for the work is the 4th quarter of 2024.

The company's plans include the construction of several more apartment buildings with the subsequent sale of apartments under the preferential mortgage lending program.

Also in the report, the General Director of RKS-NR LLC briefly reported on the results of the company’s work on implementing a special infrastructure project in new regions of the Russian Federation in 2023.
