The company's construction and installation department restored a nine-story residential building built in 1966.

Attic and roof repaired. 

A major overhaul of the facades was carried out, locally replaced loggia structures.

SMU specialists replaced damaged door blocks in apartments and apartment buildings, finished common areas and parts of the stairs.

 The building's engineering systems have been overhauled: central heating, cold water supply, domestic sewerage. Electrical installation work and repairs of the gas supply system were completed in accordance with current regulatory and technical regulations.
