General Director of RKS-NR LLC Ildar Sharipov visited the Job Fair organized by the Career Center of the National Research University MGSU on April 5, 2024.

The company is taking part in such an event for the first time.

According to Ildar Sharipov: 
“The construction industry in Russia is now facing very large-scale, ambitious tasks, and for us, as an employer, it is extremely important to provide future builders with the opportunity to put their acquired knowledge into practice, gain real-world work experience, in order to choose the direction in which their soul lies. It's nice to see that many guys are not afraid of the prospect of summer internships in new regions. We will develop cooperation with the university in the future; a number of events have already been planned!»

Students and future graduates received from  RKS-NR LLC invitations to undergo a summer internship, as well as an internship in a company with the prospect of employment if there is mutual interest.

According to information from NRU MGSU The fair became the largest in recent years: the event was attended by more than 5,000 students, personally and in online format. 85 companies-employers of the construction industry came in person.
