General Director of RKS-NR LLC Ildar Sharipov took part in the forum “INTEGRATION 2024: Development Prospects for New Regions” as a speaker, which was held in Rostov-on-Don on March 22-23.

In his report, Ildar Sharipov spoke about the work of RKS-NR LLC to restore new regions and dwelled in detail on the company’s activities in providing citizens of the Donetsk People’s Republic with affordable housing under the program of providing preferential mortgage lending.

For this purpose, with the support of the Russian Ministry of Construction, SZ RKS-Development LLC was created, implementing the project of a house with a clock. The plans include the construction of several more apartment buildings.

The Forum brought together representatives of business, state and municipal authorities to discuss mechanisms for supporting socio-economic development, creating conditions for attracting investments, developing infrastructure and integrating the industrial complex of new regions into the economic and legal space of the Russian Federation.
