The management of RKS-NR LLC took part in the Business program of the III International Construction Championship.

As part of the session “Integration of new constituent entities of the Russian Federation” on October 19, 2023, General Director Ildar Sharipov spoke about the “Implementation of the preferential mortgage program by RKS-NR LLC in new territories (in Mariupol).”

On September 14, 2023, SZ RKS-Development LLC, a subsidiary of RKS-NR LLC, in cooperation with PSB Bank, entered into the first equity participation agreement in all four new regions within the framework of Federal Law 214 involving a preferential mortgage at 2% per annum.

“The difficulty was that all the processes necessary to start the program, legislative and legal acts had to be created and implemented from scratch to adapt to the requirements of Russian legislation, but this task was successfully implemented thanks to the support of the Government of the Russian Federation and the coordinated work of the Ministry of Construction of Russia and the Ministry of Construction of the DPR. It took only 8 months from the idea of ​​the concept to the conclusion of the first contract. At the moment, all conditions have been created for developers to implement development projects in new territories,” noted the General Director of RKS-NR LLC.

Ildar Sharipov also took part in a closed business meeting with the Director for Capital Investments, State Construction Supervision and State Expertise of Rosatom State Corporation, President of AKSAO Gennady Sakharov.

The parties discussed promising areas of cooperation and a plan for further measures for its development.

General Director of RKS-NR LLC Ildar Sharipov and Deputy General Director for Development Marat Islamov took part in the fourth meeting of the Russian-Cuban working group on the construction of the Intergovernmental Russian-Cuban Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific and Technical Cooperation.

The event was held as part of the III International Construction Championship under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation Nikita Stasishin from the Russian side and Deputy Minister of Construction of the Republic of Cuba Ricardo Carbajo Chelala from the Cuban side.

As part of the Business Program, General Director of RKS-NR LLC Ildar Sharipov reported on the company’s activities to develop cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Cuban Republic in the field of construction and infrastructure projects, and also presented an action plan for further interaction.
